Some natural remedies for insomnia.

As you know that health is wealth. Been having a hard time sleeping, wake up in the middle of the night, and have a very hard time getting back to sleep are some symptom of imsomnia. It will be really tired to someone who surfer a long time facing these problem.
Insomnia could be relieve naturally if you don’t want to take any drugs for it. It’s also important that you sleep decently early, but once your body realizes the routine it will better prepare itself for sleep.
Drink some hot tea before go to sleep. Tea could make you feel relax and hopefully it could make you do not pass your sleepy phase after take it.
Clearing your mind for a good nights sleep with no disturbance, you must not think about anythings else. If your mind may be in overdrive whilst your asleep, this helps it relax and unwind.
Do not do any sweaty work such as an exercise a few hours before going to sleep, tell your body that its ready to wind down. If you want to do an excersice better you do a couple of deep-breathing exercise before go to bed.
Make a routine before go to bed took a bath with hot water, brushed your teeth, not talk on the phone, then read till eleven are some nice activities.
