4 steps to stop smoking you should try

Here I would like to share some ideas how to start Smoking is a life style? Do you think so? Me my self never heard any doctor said smoking is a good habbit. To be a smoker is quite easy, just like ABC but to quit smoking is more difficult than you start your smoking habbit.

Here I would like to share some ideas how to start your journey to stop your smoking habbit. Could you take a piece of paper and start write your quitting plan. First of all ask yourself  whether you want to stop your smoking  habit forever or just want to decrease your quantity of cigar taken daily. The decision is yours.

Make a specific date is really important in your journey to be a non smoker anymore. Tell to your love one about your termination on the specific date that you will never ever try to light up the cigar again. Can you imagine how your feeling , if you could not stop your habit by the date you had tell your love one.

As I mention above no doctors in theworld  tell about the good be a smoker. Try  to imagine the day you having an illness due to your smoking habit. On that day no turn back  to redeem what you did for several past year right. Better stop it now than before you got any desaes soon after.

After you buy a pack of cigarettes and on the same time you bank in an equal amount of money to your bank account , and the end of the month try to count the money you have spend for a month.It is a big save right.

The final decision is yours,no one could make a decision for you.So happy stop smoking and enjoy your life without any smoke around.
